The Best Time To Go To Planet Kepler-22B
With an ancient history, vibrant oceanic culture, delectable food, water festivals galore, and ocean cabana’s nearly on every corner, there’s something new to discover year-round on Kepler-22B.
This “Waterworld planet” — as first dubbed by Earth scientists back in 2009 — has a warm and tropical climate that can make planning a trip to Kepler-22B a bit tricky. With the extreme hurricane season in the winter, you’ll want to think about activities, crowds, and your budget.
This is my guide to the best times to travel to Kepler-22B!
March to May
Although March is the beginning of spring, the weather on most of Kepler-22B is still a bit temperamental which deters tourists from visiting — at least until the winter rains clear up.
That said, celebrating the Spring Big Catch is a bucket list experience that I highly recommend everyone encounters at least once in their life. Expect large hauls of delicious Kep fish, iconic blue glowing oysters, and some of the best fry ups in the solar system! And don’t forget to pack your own fishing rod! Cooking fires are available on almost every cabana you motor up to!
